Message Are you saying the clutch wont engage or Dis-engage?

Correct

Car wont move or you cant get it into gear?

With engine off shifts into all gears fine, with engine on cannot put into gear, simply put when pressing pedal it just is not pushing the fork far enough. To this point all bleeding of lines has been a one man, me, operation by putting a long piece of wood such that when move seat forward it presses clutch pedal to the floor, crawl under car, bleed .

Had to start it in gear to get into garage (steep driveway), drove around and was able to shift fine without using clutch of course, so not an issue with the transmission. Also doubt it is clutch (new 6 months or so ago) or clutch fork (new beefier model).

Did the following last night
- Adjusted pedal so rod into clevis is showing 2+ threads towards back of car, around 1/2 inch of play and no tension on the pin connecting pedal to clevis
- Removed MC and bench bled
- Bled again depressing pedal, bleeding at slave, rinse and repeat a 10+ times. Did using method of using piece of wood, moving seat forward to press clutch, get under car and bleed at slave, rinse and repeat...
